Interpretation

The world plays its sick little jokes,
And we are none the wiser.
We roll along on this train,
Crashing headlong into our problems.
Problems seem to pop up at inopportune times,
They blur the lines between lies and truth,
So nothing is ever the same or as it seems.
Reality is relative,
As time is relative to the universe.
Truth is universal,
It is something personal to each one of us,
And nothing can tear it away,
The only thing that changes,
Is the interpretation.
